QuickFlight

QuickFlight is an app designed to assist in flight travel by monitoring TSA security wait times, traffic reports, and flight delays

About this project

QuickFlight, a product of QuickSystems.

QuickFlight is the fastest and easiest way to travel by air. This app offers a one stop, user friendly service for monitoring TSA security waiting times, flight delays, weather and traffic reports. At the time of QuickFlight’s launch it will be compatible with major United States airports.

By monitoring TSA security wait times, flight travelers will be able to avoid any unexpected delays and avoid missing their respective flight. By using QuickFlight a traveler can better allocate their time to reach their destination free from inconveniences.

What sets QuickFlight apart from other similar apps is the concept of being all-inclusive and maintaining real-time information. No other app offers the same features in a friendly to use interface.

QuickFlight takes the worry out of managing your travel schedule by maintaining real-time estimates on average flight delays, traffic reports to the airports, and TSA screening times.

QuickFlight will look for improvements with continuous updates that brings more features to improve user satisfaction. QuickFlight will be available Spring 2017 on Apple’s App Store initially, followed by a Google Play Store release at a later date.

QuickFlight will be available in an ad-free and a Premium version. The Basic app will provide TSA screening times, traffic and weather reports, and average flight delays. The Premium version will be ad-free and will also include through future updates: specific flight details, airport directories, and flight tracker.

We’re not stopping here, QuickFlight is the first of many great apps to come under QuickSystems.

Risks and challenges

With every app there are obstacles to overcome. The obstacles will be to obtain the required TSA databases and the approval of launching the app in the App Store and Google Play Store. However, these are simple obstacles that should be easy to overcome. We will push update information concerning these obstacles to our contributors.
