The second of four trailers, Trailer 2 showcases three of the 12 distinct classes available in Ghost Recon Wildlands’ new PvP mode, Ghost War:

  • Tank: The Tank diverts attention away from teammates by drawing enemy fire and using thick armor to survive the attack. They excel in close quarters combat where they have increased resilience and high-powered LMGs.
  • Enforcer: The Enforcer can provide useful coverfire which debilitates enemies. They can pin down opponents with their powerful suppression mechanics allowing teammates to advance to pick them off.
  • Artillery: Artillery uses mortar strikes to create chaos and draw enemies out of hiding. They have a high damage ability, Mortar Strike, which can be deadly for unsuspecting foes or clear enemies from entrenched position.

The Ghost War beta will be available on all platforms from September 21-25 with pre-load beginning on September 19. Those looking for more information about Ghost War and the open beta can tune into the Ghost War Premiere happening right now on twitch.tv/ubisoft to see new PvP content for the first time, exclusively on Twitch. A re-broadcast of the pre-show and main event will start at approximately 11:30am PDT.

Developed by Ubisoft Paris,* Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is a military shooter entirely playable in up to four-player co-op or single-player from beginning to end. Players have total freedom to accomplish their missions how they want and watch as the world reacts to their actions. Players can choose to move quietly in the night, go in hot at dawn or work together to execute a sync shot that takes out enemies in one fell swoop. Each choice has a consequence, and players must improvise or adapt their plans to ensure the completion and success of each mission. The dev team is fully dedicated to enrich the overall PVP experience by adding new content post-launch, including new modes. We will also collect community feedback to extend and improve the Ghost War experience through regular updates.
