IRVING, Texas, Oct. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — OKI Data Americas, a world-class printing technology leader, will share its latest technology in cutting-edge vehicle wrap solutions at SEMA 2017, taking place Oct. 31-Nov. 3, 2017 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. As the trend and demand for personalization and customization in vehicle wraps soars, OKI will spotlight the capabilities of its award-winning ColorPainter M-64s wide-format printer, which provides unparalleled outdoor longevity and color saturation of vehicle wraps, at its booth #51819.

“Automotive restyling experts are increasingly recognizing the need for and seeking after higher quality wraps for vehicle and fleet customization,” said Lou Stricklin, Director of Product Marketing, Industrial Business Unit at OKI. “For these applications, color density, ink penetration and outdoor durability are king, no matter how large or small the design. OKI’s large-format solutions for customized vehicle graphics are stronger than ever, and because seeing is believing, we will demonstrate these capabilities on-site at SEMA to share how they provide the vibrant, consistent color and sharp detail needed for a variety of outdoor uses.”

Attendees will see first-hand the capabilities of the company’s award-winning ColorPainter M-64s wide-format printer. This flagship product is engineered with industrial-grade hardware, innovative print technologies and low-odor, eco-solvent ink to produce vibrant, glossy graphics with exceptional color saturation and long-lasting life on a variety of outdoor media. Whether its vehicle wraps for color changes, customized applications for detailing or in-house production for point-of-purchase materials, the ColorPainter M-64s is recognized as a production workhorse and the “King of Color” for large format outdoor printing. It recently received the Outstanding Enhanced CMYK Eco-solvent/Latex 54″/64″ Printer Pick Award from Keypoint Intelligence’s Buyers Lab (BLI)/InfoTrends, beating out competition across Europe and the United States after months of hands-on evaluation.

Also on display at OKI’s booth will be a Lamborghini Aventador, customized using the M-64s. The vehicle will be participating in the SEMA Ignites Cruise Ride Night. Additionally, each day throughout the show at OKI’s booth, Troy Downey of APE Wraps, a leader in automotive wraps, will conduct live demonstrations with custom images produced on different media via the ColorPainter M-64s.
