HomeAway Integration
The long-awated HomeAway integration is here! Now you can connect your HomeAway account with your LockState Connect account so that guest codes will be automatically created when new bookings are confirmed. In the upper right menu, go to Integrations to get started.
Guest Booking Overlap Notification
When creating guest codes, if the code you are creating overlaps with an existing guest code for a particular lock, the system will notify you of the possible issue. This notice can be ignored if the overlap is intentional.
Coming Soon: Event Search, Filtering & CSV Export
Many of you have been asking us for the ability to filter events. For example, perhaps you just want to see events for a specific period of time for a specific user. Additionally, we have received several requests for the ability to export data. We will be offering this via a CSV file export. This feature will be available in a new Reports section that will be rolled out in the coming weeks.
