NASA Awards Contract for Strategic Analysis, Communications Support

NASA has selected Abacus Technology Corporation of Chevy Chase, Maryland, to provide research, analysis and communications support services at the agency’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.

The Strategic Analysis and Communications Support Services (COMMSS) II award is a firm-fixed-price blanket purchase agreement with indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity task orders. The contract begins July 1 with aone-year base period, followed by four one-year options periods, and an additional six-month option. The maximum potential value of the contract, including all options, is approximately $48.2 million.

Under the contract, Abacus Technology will be responsible for providing strategic research and analysis, communication planning, communication services, product development and delivery, exhibits and event support.
