Secur Products is unplugging and going truly wire less with the introduction of a new line of consumer electronics devices that never require batteries are an external power source to function. Secur Products’ SP-1000 Dynamo Fire Starter & Flashlight is a mobile device charger with built-in emergency preparedness features.

Packed inside the SP-1000 Dynamo Fire Starter & Flashlight are an electrically heated lighter, a flashlight, emergency cell phone charger, compass and emergency whistle. The entire unit is rainproof and windproof, and it can be used to start a fire under any conditions. The built-in flashlight features two LED bulbs with a brightness of 6 lumens.

Never requiring charging via an outlet or batteries to operate, SP-1000 Dynamo Fire Starter & Flashlight runs off dynamo power generated by turning the unit’s hand crank. One minute of cranking is equivalent to 20 minutes of flashlight run time.

The SP-1000 Dynamo Fire Starter & Flashlight measures 4.25″ x 2.15″ x 1.4″ and weighs 4.5 ounces. It has an MSRP of $30.00. For more information and purchasing, visit: www.securproducts.com.
