Planet Audio Introduces New Torque Amp Series and is Now Shipping 11 Models

Oxnard, CA – Planet Audio, a leading manufacturer of mobile electronics, announced that its new Torque Amplifier series is now shipping. The Torque series debuted at CES in Las Vegas, NV in January to rave reviews. The series includes three Class D monoblock, two Class A/B monoblock, four 4-Channel and five 2-channel amplifiers.

As with all Planet Audio amplifiers, all monoblock amplifiers include the remote bass control. The new Torque series amplifiers feature High and Low Level inputs for ease of installation, Variable Subsonic Filters on all monoblock amplifiers and Continuously Variable High Pass and Low Pass Crossovers. The Planet Audio Logo lights up blue adding the perfect finishing touch to the custom tooled Toque series heatsink.

“The new Torque series amplifiers couple the reliability and affordability that Planet Audio is known for with a new elegant design that will fit perfectly into any vehicle install,” explained Jason Hannon, Planet Audio’s Senior Account Executive. “This series includes a feature call out static sticker that is has all of the power ratings for the amplifier, but is easily removed to allow the clean and refined look of the Torque series amplifiers to shine through.”
