With 19 Days To Go, LifeLogger Upgrades Video Quality, Extends Battery Life and Shrinks In Size
Palm Beach Gardens, FL (June 11, 2014) – LifeLogger, an innovative company committed to changing the way you remember your life, has elevated several of the features for the world’s first head worn wearable camera meant to capture, share and make your life story digitally searchable and forever stowed. The camera has been made smaller due to the grouping of GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth into one chip. The smaller chip cuts down power consumption and increases battery by twenty-five percent. A 100 POV angle also allows for maximum width viewing of the footage being recorded.
LifeLogger has been live on Kickstarter for 20 days. With 19 days left to reach their goal of $150,000 and in conjunction with the improvements made to the camera, the LifeLogger team has introduced a new limited “buddy” pledge level. For $279, users will receive two LifeLogger wearable video cameras. MRSP is listed at $289 each!
“We are just halfway through our campaign and pumped have made such advances with the development of the camera,” says Stew Garner, CEO of LifeLogger. “We’re extremely thankful to all those who have backed us up to now and wanted to give them the chance to get another LifeLogger for a loved one, as well as give new backers a reason to celebrate with us. We are confident that in the next sixty days we will make more advances to deliver the best wearable camera on the market.”
LifeLogger has developed the ultimate life logging system, equipped with a cloud solution and metadata processing software that will actively store your memories and make them available to you on the web, desktop and all your mobile devices. Easily controlled from your device or smartphone via the Android and iOS app, the LifeLogger app allows users to control their device, manage existing videos, sign in to your cloud
account and either automatically upload your footage or choose to manually upload the
videos and memories you wish to cherish.
LifeLogger lets you live stream video to any desktop, tablet or smartphone as long as
you have a Wi-Fi connection, making life’s moments instantly shareable the moment
they happen. Along with live streaming video content, LifeLogger will also stream your
GPS coordinates, compass data of the direction you’re heading, GYRO and voice.
“We’ve also made significant progress in making hardware stabilization, which is much
better than any software stabilization,” says Garner. “Hardware stabilization uses Gyro
sensor and it is significantly better than software stabilization which cuts parts of each
frame to make it look smoother.”
Estimated availability for the LifeLogger camera is end of year 2014, with the first run of
mass production anticipated to be sometime between October and November, and
shipping in December just in time for the holidays.
