Qualcomm Releases Industry-First Smart Speaker Platform Supporting Microsoft Cortana

LAS VEGASJan. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — At CES® 2018, Qualcomm Technologies International, Ltd., a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM), today announced that its Qualcomm® Smart Audio Platform now supports Microsoft Cortana. The platform integrates the hardware and software required to help original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) reduce the time and cost of developing smart speakers with support for the intelligent digital assistance provided by Microsoft Cortana – for a personalized voice interface experience that helps people get more done with less effort, at work, at home, and on the go.
