Epsilon Expands Customer Service

Montebello, CA  – Epsilon Electronics, Inc. has announced expanded customer service across all of their brands including: SoundStream, Power Acoustik and Precision Power effective immediately.

Epsilon has added staff to help dealers with general trouble shooting, product suggestions and requests for copies of owner’s manuals as well as warranty fulfillment.

“Our customers have always been our top priority,” said Paul Goldberg, vice-president, sales and marketing for Epsilon Electronics. “We are constantly reviewing how we can approve our service and increase consumer satisfaction.”
