SHENZHEN, ChinaJune 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — IWOWNFIT has officially released its latest smart watch, the P1, specially designed for sport enthusiasts based on the concept of precision fitness. The dynamic heart rate monitoring function boasts the highest accuracy among similar timepieces and even rivals the precision of some medical equipments. The P1 continuously monitors users’ heart rate 24/7 and alerts the user if they reach certain preset maximums and minimums. The built-in GPS feature can also help map an itinerary. The watch is also waterproof to a depth of 50 meters (approx. 165 feet). Priced at US$74.99, the P1 is the best choice of its kind in terms of cost performance ratio.

The IWOWNFIT P1 displays the heart rate data in real time and sounds an alert if the rate goes outside preset maximums and minimums during exercise. Various bio-stats are displayed in real time, allowing the wearer to instantly adjust the intensity of the exercise accordingly.

IWOWNFIT Sports & Health Management Lab focuses on the goal of exercise, the wearer can choose from seven different running modes: freestyle, distance, duration, energy, fat burning, endurance and CPET, catering to different jogging and running programs, and giving the wearer the ability to adjust the exercise program according to the condition of his or her body at any given moment.

The P1 can also serve as a “running coach” by showing the running stats in real time. In addition to the data usually available in most smart watches – duration, pace, max speed, distance, real-time heart rate, pace alert, high heart rate alert and heart rate range, the P1 can calculate and display suspension duration, best pace, best speed, average stride frequency, max stride frequency, number of steps and average heart rate.

IWOWNFIT’s P1 watch is ideally suited for sport enthusiasts, especially runners. For those who include swimming as part of their exercise routine, the watch can be worn while in the water, due to its ability to remain fully waterproof to a depth of 50 meters or 165 feet. The watch can directly record swimming time, and show data including calorie burn and heart rate.

In addition to the above-mentioned features, the P1 also comes equipped with the fatigue test. IWOWNFIT Sports & Health Management Lab first launched the fatigue test, using the heart rate variability number as the underlying statistic on which to base the result. Users gain full knowledge of their physical state and can adjust the exercise program based on the results from the monitoring during sleep and the fatigue test upon rising in the morning.

IWOWNFIT CEO Glen Zhu said, “IWOWNFIT is positioned to focus on the precision fitness. We are very excited about the launch of the P1 watch and the precise heart rate monitoring functionality that the watch offers. The P1 is the best choice among its peers in terms of cost performance ratio, with GPS, waterproofing to a depth of 50 meters, the fatigue test and seven running modes. We are looking forward to promoting health and fitness through the P1, to the benefit of a growing number of sport enthusiasts.”
