Kowloon, Hong Kong – July 13th 2018, – Mad Catz Global Limited, the new owners of the legendary hardware brand, today announced that it has sold its TRITTON® gaming audio brand, to Silkysea International Limited, a company based in California, USA.
The assets sold by Mad Catz Global Limited includes specified trademarks valid in the USA, China, Hong Kong and Russia.
