Cologne, August 13th 2018 – True to gamescom’s motto ‘diversity wins’, the organizers of the international developers conference devcom continue their work to champion diversity within the gaming industry. With Women in Games, devcom offers a forum to women who are already part of the gaming industry or who would like to gain a foothold within the industry for the first time.

The networking event takes place on Monday from 3:00 to 4:30 PM and offers guests from all fields the chance to get to know new people, to exchange information and to find out about new trends in the gaming industry. Furthermore, there will be a mentoring program with spontaneous sessions, where female industry veterans will answer questions about career planning, CVs and resumes. The event is open to everybody who is interested.

Devcom takes place on August 19th and 20th prior to gamescom.
