VISTA, CA– Directed announced that it is now shipping an all-new Viper Powersports GPS model VPS450, bringing GPS tracking with a kill switch to powersports vehicles.
The Viper Powersports GPS is weather resistant and includes a starter kill, accelerometer and a tamperproof backup battery. It notifies users if anyone moves or tampers with their vehicles.
The GPS tracker works with ATVs, watercraft, motorcycles and snowmobiles. Geoff Weathersby, VP Connected Car at Directed said, “If the vehicle is moved or tampered with the customer will receive a notification to his or her phone and be able to locate the vehicle using GPS.”
