Innodisk Releases Industrial-Grade 3D NAND at Flash Memory Summit

Fremont, CA — Innodisk, a leading provider of embedded and industrial flash, DRAM and expansion cards, will attend Flash Memory Summit 2018 with the full line of industrial-grade SSD (solid state storage) and memory modules including high-performance PCIe 3.0 NVMe, and M.2. The newest industrial-grade 3D NAND memory solutions 3TE7 and 3TG6-P are the focus while aiming for industrial 4.0 and IIOT.

2.5” 3TE7 and 3TG6-P SATA SSD incorporate industrial designed 3D NAND. These 2.5” SATA SSD include multiple proprietary data security technologies, such as AES 256bit encryption, Die-RAID Technology, iDataGuard, and iCell. Innodisk’s high-IOPS, high-capacity 3D NAND flash storage is designed with Marvell controller, which supports various customized firmware of power management to ensure optimum performance, and is ideal for industrial and embedded systems.

With the market’s fastest and most reliable industrial-grade DRAM modules, Innodisk offers the newest solution of 2666 DDR4 VLP RDIMM and 2666 DDR4 RDIMM on the capacity from 16 GB to 64 GB. To push the DRAM market furthermore, Innodisk is announcing all DDR4 modules will be upgraded without any added cost to include robust anti-sulfuration measures. This free added feature strengthen reliability and endurance of all DDR4 form factors including Very Low-Profile (VLP), SODIMM, Mini DIMM, as well as customized value-added conformal coating and side-fill technologies.
