The just released Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan  is an Amazon Original based of the Tom Clancy books of the same name. This action/adventure series features Jack Ryan (John Kraninski) who is a CIA Analyst who found a money trail that could lead to the finding of a new terrorist network, led by Suleiman (Ali Suliman), that wants to bring harm to the US for a past military action.

Throughout this series Jack travels to the Middle East with his boss James Greer (Wendell Pierce) all while battling his past, and the PTSD he suffers from, while trying to locate Suleiman. Jack finds a love interest in Cathy Mueller (Abbie Cornish) and he struggles with trying to have a love life, and keep his CIA job a secret, all while trying to not lose sight of who he truly is.

There series, while being action packed and keeping you on the edge of your seat with cliffhangers that will leave you both shocked and stunned, shows the harsh realities that our service men and women face after coming back from war, dealing with PTSD

If you have not seen Jack Ryan on Amazon yet. I urge you to do so as soon as you can.  The first season is 8 episodes long, and it has been reported that filming for season 2 has already begun.  If you have Amazon Prime you can click the icon below to begin watching.
