The product, available to download at utorrent.com, is compatible with all major browsers and delivers both novice and experienced users a torrent download experience with near instant playing.

While BitTorrent has seen a strong increase in demand from the community for µTorrent Web, the company still sees continued demand for its desktop version of µTorrent, also known as µTorrent Classic. The company, which makes both products available on utorrent.com, has long term plans to continue development across both products. Plans to launch BitTorrent Web, a similar product, are in the works and will soon be available on bittorrent.com.
