DroneMobile 4.0 Allows Siri Remote Start

If you own an iPhone X, then DroneMobile’s new 4.0 app will allow you to remote start your car simply saying “Hey Siri, Remote Start My Car” from anywhere around the globe, provided you get cell service.

Owners of the newer iPhone XS, XS Max and soon to ship XR will be able to lock and unlock doors by Siri voice but not remote start the car.

The new DroneMobile 4.0 app also allows family car sharing and business car sharing and monitoring.

It has a new interface permitting the head of the household to control which family members have access to the car.  He can also monitor the behavior of the various drivers.

A user can lock out a teen driver from car privileges.  Or track the teen with GPS tracking and geofencing, now accessible by phone.  Users also get speed alerts if the teen is exceeding a preset limit  all within the app, rather than having to set parameters first on a PC.  Users also get car maintenance reminders.

Installers and consumers can now set the sensitivity of the system’s shock sensors and the remote start run time limit (15 minutes or 30 minutes) from a phone.

DroneMobile 4.0 will be released in October.
