The AUTOPULSE 220-M3 is the new generation of pulsed MIG / MAG welding machine.
First and foremost, it is designed to provide bodyshop technicians with great flexibility. 3 integrated reels to allow instant use of 3 torches.
Each of them can dedicated to welding specific materials such as steel, aluminum or brazing.

The 3 reels integrated in the AUTOPULSE 220 – M3 represent real time saving for the bodyshop technician. It helps to reduce handling time, and allows the user to switch from one torch to other instantly.
The machine automatically detects the torches by a simple squeeze on the trigger. The technological progress made on modern vehicles and the safety that results from it generate more and more specifications.
Each wire feeder can accommodate a 200 mm diameter spool and unwind wire from 0.8 to 1.0 mm (up to 1.2 mm for aluminum). The 3 torches can be stored on the newly designed arm provided for this purpose.
The 46 synergies implemented offer a wide range of combinations and help the user to obtain the ideal settings. The material, its thickness and the diameter are sufficient to define them very quickly.
The AUTOPULSE 220 – M3 has increased connectivity with the ability to import synergies via the USB port. This same device allows the transfer of programs from one machine to another. Note that it is possible to record 500 programs within the machine.
For ease of navigation, the AUTOPULSE 220-M3 is equipped with a new color interface which is very attractive and truly intuitive. There are 3 levels that the user can choose from, “Easy, Expert and Advanced).
The user wishing a quick implementation will choose the “Easy” mode, while the welder wishing to control the accuracy of the welding cycle will select the “Advanced” mode. Regardless of the degree of knowledge, it is really easy to set up.
From a mechanical point of view, the AUTOPULSE 220-M3 has very good handling and is built to withstand the harsh environments of bodyshops.
