New Wireless Air Command™ Kit App to Lead Firestone Industrial Products Showcase at the 2018 SEMA Show
Company to display new app-driven air pressure monitoring and adjustment system and air spring kits at premier automotive specialty products trade event

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (October 17, 2018) – Firestone Industrial Products Company, LLC (FSIP), an industry leader in driving innovative technology designed to eliminate vibration in global transportation, will showcase its newest Firestone Ride-Rite™ Air Command™ kit app along with air spring kits designed for use on the 2017/2018 Ford F250/350 4WD, 2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 models at the 2018 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show from Oct. 30 through Nov. 2 in Las Vegas.

The Firestone Ride-Rite wireless Air Command kit app allows customers to modify their air spring settings remote-free from their mobile device. Air springs can be monitored directly from the app, providing customers with an easier solution to control air pressure. The app works hand-in-hand with the electronic control unit (ECU) to manage air spring pressure in real time. The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Command kit 2610 is a single-leveling system that integrates with the app and is designed with a two-wire hookup for easy installation.

FSIP will also display the newest Firestone Ride-Rite air spring kit offerings for the 2017/2018 Ford F250/350 4WD and 2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 models. Featuring a no-drill installation, the kits install in 90 minutes and do not interfere with common in-bed hitches. Backed by one of the most trusted brands in the industry, Firestone Ride-Rite air spring kits are designed to protect and stabilize loads, offer a more comfortable ride and reduce the chance of bottoming out.

“As a company dedicated to developing anti-vibration technology through the entire development process – from sourcing natural rubber to engineering and manufacturing – Firestone is uniquely positioned to provide durable and innovative solutions that keep our customers running smoothly,” said Graham Brookes, director of technology, FSIP. “Our air spring kits eliminate the need for an internal jounce bumper, typically used to reduce vibration and absorb shock, and provide our customers with built-in technology for a more advanced air spring.”

These Firestone Ride-Rite products will be featured in the New Product Showcase at SEMA. To learn more, visit Booth 33031 located in the South Upper Hall at the 2018 SEMA Show.
