Arlon Redefines Speed with SLX Cast Wrap and FLITE Technology

Arlon Graphics continues to revolutionise the vinyl market with advanced technologies and fast application speeds with the introduction of new, innovative products.

Since its launch last year, Arlon’s SLX™ Cast Wrap film has redefined what it means to have the industry’s fastest vinyl installation with its latest update, FLITE Technology™. Primarily designed for the single installer, this new film allows for an ultra-fast wrap with superior repositionability, for full and partial vehicle and fleet applications.

In order to improve the time and ease in which the wraps are applied, Arlon has created FLITE Technology™ and coupled this with the new release of SLX™ Cast Wrap’s lite contact system. This new solution allows graphics to float over an area until firm pressure is applied, creating an ease of application that can be executed by both experts and novices alike. This new technology will equal the fastest installed vinyl application on the market, ensuring a long-term bond with complete comfort; speed meets quality application perfectly.

In addition, Arlon has also launched a new cast overlaminate, Series 3270, which has been designed to be used with the SLX™ Cast Wrap for optimum performance. This new overlaminate will also extend outdoor life of the film to 7 years, proving their dedication to long term durability as well as vibrant vinyl quality.

Combining these new solutions with highly dependable lead times, outstanding customer experiences, and a continuous stream of new and exciting products; Arlon is quickly becoming the most profitable partner of choice with many customers.

[CUSTOMER QUOTE:] “Arlon’s SLX™ Cast Wrap has become our go-to film. We’ve been doing a variety of sprinter vans and we only need one person on each job. This film is the best of both worlds as the installation is easy, the quality of the film is unmatched, and the graphics look great!” says Luis Islas of OC Wraps.

[INTERNAL QUOTE:] “The market has been demanding a wrapping film that is robust enough to easily be applied in real-world situations- SLX™ Cast Wrap is that product. It works the way that installers want a film to.” states Chad Russell, VP of Sales and Marketing, The Americas, Arlon Graphics, LLC.

Arlon’s SLX™ Cast Wrap is a 50-micron premium gloss white repositionable cast film with FLITE Technology™. The product is designed for full and partial vehicle and fleet applications and the film itself allows for a fast installation- conforming around rivets, complex curves, and deep channels.

The continuous release of innovative technologies focussing on performance and reliability has done much to cement Arlon’s brand as a reliable source of quality, as well as outstanding customer service.
