SAN FRANCISCODec. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Rinse, the leading national brand in dry cleaning and laundry delivery, today announced that it has launched a subscription for its Wash & Fold service, called Rinse Repeat. Rinse Repeat offers customers the same quality cleaning they’ve come to expect from Rinse’s Wash & Fold service, but with the added convenience of a regular pickup and delivery schedule, and savings of up to 45% when compared to traditional, per-pound laundry. The first, most widely-available laundry subscription of its kind, Rinse Repeat allows customers to say “goodbye” to guessing at how many pounds their laundry weighs — if it fits into their Rinse Repeat bag, it’ll get cleaned for a flat monthly or annual rate, which includes delivery.

“We heard from customers that they love the quality and convenience of Rinse’s Wash & Fold service but wanted a subscription option to really take the pain of worrying about laundry away — forever,” said Ajay Prakash, Co-founder and CEO of Rinse. “Rinse Repeat offers that additional convenience, is simpler, and is more affordable for people who are looking to outsource their laundry on a regular basis.”

Rinse Repeat subscription plans are designed to accommodate the laundry needs of many types of customers, ranging from individuals who do small loads every couple of weeks, all the way to families with lots of weekly laundry. Plan options include a choice of bag size, weekly or bi-weekly pickups, and Standard Delivery (a 3-day turnaround time) or Next-Day Rush Delivery. Payment is monthly or on an annual basis (for even more savings) and includes pickup and delivery. Once a customer selects a plan that fits their needs, they simply let Rinse know which day of the week they’d like their pickup, and Rinse Repeat does the rest.

“Our customers tell us that, on average, they save more than three hours a week not having to do their laundry — that adds up!” said Prakash. “We’re happy to be able to provide a subscription service that helps save time and money.”

Rinse Repeat is a new option for customers who have come to enjoy other laundry services from Rinse, such as Dry Cleaning, Launder & Press, Wash & Fold (priced per pound, in addition to the new subscription option), and Hang Dry. Rinse is available 7 days per week, including Sundays, with door-to-door pickup and delivery between 8pm and 10pm. Rinse Repeat had been available to a select group of customers in Los Angeles since May, and today the company is making the service available to all customers, across all of Rinse’s service areas, including San FranciscoOaklandSan JoseChicagoWashington, DC, and Boston.
