Heatworks’ Award-Winning Tetra Dishwasher Kicks-Off CES with Q1 Pre-Order Announcement; Demo on Display at CES Unveiled

Las Vegas, NV – Heatworks – the company that is fundamentally redefining and reshaping the way we heat and use water – is set to partake in its most ambitious and jam-packed CES to date with several product, technology and award announcements. After tremendous success as a result of CES 2018 where Heatworks experienced a flood of consumer, business and media interest, CES 2019 will continue that momentum for the innovative US-based company. Heatworks – alongside partner frog, a global design and strategy firm – will be demonstrating their breakthrough Ohmic Array Technology in two award-winning products, the MODEL 3 Smart Water Heater and the Tetra Countered Dishwasher, and the all-new Duo Untethered Carafe.

“We’re extremely excited for CES 2019,” said Heatworks Founder and CEO, Jerry Callahan. “We will be showcasing two CES award-winning products and an incredibly powerful and beautifully designed new product, Duo. Heatworks will be a must-watch at CES this year and moving forward.”

Heatworks Tetra Countertop Dishwasher
After announcing the development of Tetra at CES 2018 where it quickly became one of the most talked about inventions at the show, Heatworks has spent the last year working with design partner frog, industry partners and engineers, to bring Tetra to life. Over the last 12 months, the CES 2019 Best of Innovation Award-winning Tetra, has been dubbed one of the most game-changing appliances for kitchens small or large and a dream come true for apartment dwellers. Consumers and media alike have fallen in love with Tetra’s diverse feature-set, beautiful design and modular performance. Now at tech’s biggest event, Heatworks is excited to announce that it will showcase a demo model Tetra for the first time ever at CES Unveiled in Las Vegas and slated to begin taking pre-orders for Tetra in Q1 2019. Tetra will be available starting at $299 with a limited pre-order special price.

Heatworks MODEL 3 Smart Water Heater and Ohmic Array Technology
Coming off a milestone tip-of-the-hat as one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2018, the flagship MODEL 3 tankless electric water heater is once again taking center stage as the ultimate showcase of Heatworks’ proprietary and revolutionary Ohmic Array Technology. The CES 2019 Climate Change Innovator Award-winning MODEL 3 will be on display throughout the event, demonstrating its ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and minimize our global footprint, while also save consumers money. Heatworks is also officially beginning to license its OA technology to other companies and products, as it looks to make it the standard for water-based appliances everywhere. MODEL 3 is currently shipping to customers, and is available for purchase on MyHeatworks.com.

Heatworks Duo Smart Untethered Carafe
Heatworks continues to see success from its hybrid formula of breakthrough technology and world-class product design, and is innovating along those lines with Duo, a first-of-its-kind, on the go carafe, designed by frog. Powered and inspired by Heatworks’ Ohmic Array Technology, Duo is battery operated and can heat water instantaneously to plus/minus one degree as you pour. Simply add cool water to the reservoir and instantly see filtered and precisely heated water fill up your cup.

“Duo is another demonstration of the ability of Heatworks’ Ohmic Array Technology to power disruptive new product segments,” said Ethan Imboden, Vice President and Head of Venture Design of frog, the global design and strategy firm. “Following on the heels of MODEL 3 and Tetra, Duo is the third in a series of award-winning collaborations between frog and Heatworks. Alongside each new undertaking, we’ve increased our investment from frogVentures – we’re still just scratching the surface of how design can wield this technology to fundamentally reimagine everyday experiences.”
