New for 2026 Mercedes-AMG E 53 HYBRID Wagon is the first performance hybrid wagon from Mercedes-AMG to be available in Canada. It combines thrilling performance and all-electric efficiency with the versatility of a wagon.

An AMG-enhanced 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder turbocharged engine and permanently excited synchronous electric motor powers the AMG E 53 HYBRID Wagon, generating a 577-hp combined system output as standard, and 604 hp with optional RACE START2. AMG Performance 4MATIC+ fully variable all-wheel drive transfers to power to the wheels and enables swift acceleration from 0-100 km/h in as quick as 3.9 seconds1. Standard active rear-axle steering and AMG RIDE CONTROL suspension with adaptive adjustable damping also support the dynamic driving experience with agile handling.

Customers can further heighten the performance of the AMG wagon with the optional AMG DYNAMIC PLUS Package, which adds RACE START, an increased top speed of 280 km/h, active engine mounts, an electronically controlled AMG limited-slip rear differential and an AMG Performance Steering Wheel finished in Nappa leather/microfibre. The package also includes an AMG High Performance Composite Brake System with red AMG brake calipers and 15.4-inch front brake discs.

The P2 hybrid system in the AMG E 53 HYBRID Wagon features a 161-hp electric motor integrated into the AMG SPEEDSHIFT® TCT 9G transmission and a 400-volt, 28.6-kWh battery at the rear of the vehicle below the trunk floor. The battery is designed with a 21.2-kWh usable capacity for everyday driving, while the remaining energy is reserved for electric boost during dynamic acceleration.

A palette comprising 12 exterior paint colours, including four MANUFAKTUR hues, along with the optional AMG Night Package, AMG Night Package Plus and AMG Exterior Carbon Fibre Package offer numerous opportunities for individualization. 20-inch AMG 5-Twin Spoke wheels are fitted standard, while 20-inch AMG 10-Twin Spoke and 21-inch AMG Forged Cross-Spoke wheels in several finishes are optionally available.

Customers also have a broad range of choices to personalize the interior of the AMG wagon. Available AMG ARTICO/Microfibre and AMG Nappa leather upholsteries, the optional AMG Performance Seat Package Advanced, AMG Performance steering wheel in multiple finishes and a variety of interior trims blend luxury and performance. A 17-speaker, 730-watt Burmester® 4D Surround Sound System is included standard. The optional MBUX Superscreen Package elevates the in-car entertainment experience with a 12.3-inch display for the front passenger.

For 2026, the AMG E 53 HYBRID Wagon is also available in an exclusive limited “Edition 1” model, which features MANUFAKTUR paint with unique AMG graphics, distinctive exterior accents, 21-inch AMG Forged Cross-Spoke wheels, a specially curated interior with unique design elements and an extensive suite of standard equipment.

Mercedes-Benz E 450 4MATIC All-Terrain Wagon

With standard 4MATIC all-wheel drive, AIRMATIC air suspension (also standard) and an Off-Road driving program, the new Mercedes-Benz E 450 4MATIC All-Terrain Wagon makes easy work of light terrain, such as dirt or gravel roads. The off-road driving experience is further enhanced by the off-road display and the “transparent hood” – part of the 360° camera.

The vehicle has an unmistakably rugged look. Off-road design elements include the unique front grille, special bumpers, chrome front and rear underride guard, and dark grey wheel arch cladding. 19-inch wheels are fitted standard, while 20-inch wheels are optionally available.

Compared to the E-Class Sedan, the All-Terrain model is larger in terms of width (1,889 mm) and height (1,497 mm). It is nearly the same length as the sedan at 4,950 mm overall.

The new E-Class All-Terrain is 28 mm wider than the previous model. This makes journeys even more comfortable for passengers in the second row, who now have 1,519 mm of elbow room. The wheelbase has increased by 22 mm to 2,961 mm, which creates more kneeroom and legroom for second row occupants.

The vehicle’s sporty back end conceals 615 to 1,830 litres of luggage capacity. The second-row seat backs can be folded down with a 40:20:40 split. They are operated with two push buttons on the left and right side of the rear-seat backrest. The standard EASY-PACK tailgate opens and closes conveniently at the push of a button using the key fob, switch in the driver’s door, or the unlocking handle on the tailgate itself. The retractable luggage cover and dividing net have a two-piece design and are also fitted standard.

The new Mercedes-Benz E 450 4MATIC All-Terrain Wagon is equipped as standard with AIRMATIC air suspension. This system combines air suspension bellows with adaptive ADS+ dampers for maximum responsiveness. The damping characteristics are controlled automatically at each individual wheel in both the compression and rebound stages. Sophisticated sensor technology and algorithms set the dampers according to the quality of the road surface to ensure that, for example, driving over a bump with one wheel is not transferred to the entire axle and interior.

With level control, AIRMATIC maintains constant ground clearance irrespective of the vehicle load while adapting to conditions as needed. In the COMFORT program, the vehicle is automatically lowered at higher speeds to reduce wind resistance and improve fuel efficiency.

The E-Class All-Terrain is powered by a six-cylinder engine from the Mercedes-Benz family of modular engines (FAME). The engine range plays a major role in the flexibility of the international production network, while helping to meet the growing demand for electrification.

The mild hybrid system with intelligent boost technology and an integrated starter-generator (ISG) complements the turbocharger. A new battery for the system increases output of the electric motor from 20 to 23 hp and the boost torque to 151 lb-ft.
