Wacom Announces New eSignature Interface for Epic Facilities
Today Wacom announced the publication of a new eSignature interface to support customers working with Wacom devices and the Epic EHR. Wacom is looking for a variety of facilities across the US to test and implement this interface and provide feedback to Wacom to help us improve.
“The launch of this new interface provides an exciting new opportunity for Epic facilities to upgrade their paperless workflows with the best-in-class eSignature solutions,” says Larry Torri, Senior Sales Director at Wacom for Business. “We’re thrilled to be offering a special pricing program for beta testers and early adopters to help facilities streamline their registration and consent workflows and improve the patient experience.”
This new interface will allow facilities to capture patient signatures using Wacom’s best in class signature pads and pen displays at registration or the bedside. It allows facilities to capture signatures on consent forms and patient records without the need for secondary applications, printing or scanning.
Wacom offers a range of Citrix Ready verified signature pads and interactive displays with USB and VCP connections for ultimate flexibility. With a best-in-class 3-year warranty (optional 5-year extended warranty) Wacom devices are a long term, reliable solution for your signature capture needs.
Wacom is offering a special pricing program for beta testers and early adopters using Epic Systems. For additional program details or to sign up, reach out to Wacom for Business at esign@wacom.com.
