CULVER CITY, Calif. – May 11, 2020 – Loaded Boards, an innovative company dedicated to the growth of board sports through performance, has updated its firmware and mobile app for the Unlimited Electric Skateboard Conversion Kit. The new V35 firmware release includes better “smoothing” options for accelerating and braking, an initial “global” speed limit of 20 km/h (12 mph) to comply with local regulations (regardless of riding mode or nitro boost) and enhance safety, and the ability for users to manually adjust the speed limiter and unlock speeds up to 42 km/h (26 mph) on a Race setup or 37 km/h (23 mph) on a Cruiser or Solo setup.

Unlimited Engineering and Loaded Boards partnered to create premier electric skateboard conversion kits and complete e-boards. Unlimited’s cutting-edge battery and motor technology are paired with top-grade longboard components from Loaded, Orangatang Wheels, and Paris Trucks, with a collective mission to grow a vibrant global e-skate community.

The intuitive, simple-to-use Unlimited Electric Skateboard Conversion Kit converts almost any skateboard – regardless of size or style – into an electric board. The system also can be used with an endless array of set-up configurations with special trucks and other components. Loaded also provides fine-tuned complete skateboards with the kits using their Icarus, Omakase, and Tesseract decks, for those who aren’t into DIY.

“Our new app updates combine speed features with safety measures, giving our users the best of both worlds,” notes Don Tashman, Founder and CEO of Loaded Boards. “As more people engage in DIY projects during this quarantine, our conversion kits are the perfect gift now more than ever before.”

One of the most prestigious and well-known longboarding brands with a reputation for high-quality and environmentally friendly products, Loaded Boards focuses on innovative design, unparalleled performance, lasting durability, and sustainably sourced production.
