Four Unique Ways To Take Your CBD

There really is no getting away from CBD. Beyond CBD oils taking the world by storm, a host of innovative CBD products have also been released. Consequentially, there are now far more ways to take your CBD aside from simply a few drops under the tongue. If you don’t like to take CBD by mouth or you’re wanting to diversify your CBD experience, here are four unique ways to take your CBD.

Food & Drinks

Many people can relate to the experience of their parents tricking them into eating vegetables or taking medications by slipping them into their food. Aspiring chefs everywhere have applied the same principle to CBD. A few drops in a batter can turn any baked desert into a CBD-infused one. You can also kick up meat and pasta recipes by infusing the sauce with CBD. You can even make a homemade CBD salad dressing without a degree in culinary arts.

If don’t want to make an entire meal, CBD also mixes well with your choice of drinks. Add a few drops directly to your coffee or tea, or make CBD-infused honey to add later. Smoothies and milk drinks such as golden tea also pair well with CBD.

Patches

Patches that allow you to absorb medications or supplements directly through your skin have been around for years. Traditionally, you see patches used for nicotine addictions, birth control, and vitamins. Now, you can use them to get your dose of CBD. The beauty of taking CBD through a patch is a patch’s high bioavailability. Some patches have a bioavailability as high as 50%, which is significantly higher than most other forms of CBD consumption. This means more CBD can enter your system more quickly.

Bath Bombs

With the influx of CBD skin and hair care products, it’s only natural that CBD bath bombs should hit the market. Bath bombs have a host of benefits, such as moisturization, stress relief, and muscle relaxation. These benefits perfectly complement CBD’s potential anti-inflammatory, pain-busting, and skin-moisturizing benefits. With bath bombs, the CBD is also absorbed through the skin.

Toothpaste

CBD really is everywhere, isn’t it? Yes, CBD toothpaste does exist, and no, it isn’t much different than regular toothpaste apart from the addition of CBD. The addition of CBD is noteworthy, though. As we said, CBD products are reported to have anti-inflammatory and pain relief benefits, making them good candidates to help with inflamed gums and sore teeth.
