Visual and Audio Delays
It’s impossible for an audience to follow along with a presentation when the video and audio are out of sync. Unfortunately, this tends to happen when some sections of the system struggle to pick up signals from the others. Unclear Imaging

Another common AV issue in conference rooms is the echoing of sound output. Not only can this effect be distracting to the audience, but it can also hinder the presenter’s focus.
