When working out, it’s great to push yourself and build endurance. It’s just as important to rest and recover correctly. Many people can tell when their muscles are getting fatigued because of trembling, twitching, soreness, or difficulty grasping weights. Stay Hydrated

That is because your muscles receive necessary lubrication from the water. It helps them move smoothly and replenishes them with nutrients and fluids lost through sweat.

Gradually Increase Intensity

Impaired blood flow and lactic acid buildup are two of the main reasons people experience muscle fatigue. That’s why it’s critical to start slow when you work out. Then, you can gradually increase the intensity. It will keep your muscles working longer, prevent soreness, and boost oxygen levels in your blood. 

Rest Your Muscles
