It gives your mind a break from work while giving your body the movement it needs to stay healthy. You can purchase the gym equipment needed to do all the exercises that you want to do.

You can join some online yoga or workout classes to have fun interacting with people while getting your body moving. What about days when you’re really busy and don’t have time to sit through an hour workout class? There is a solution for this too! Buy a couple of small weights or a resistance band to put next to your desk. You can do quick and easy workouts with these right at your workspace, and they’re easy to store away once you’re done.

Meditation can be a great way to stay healthy and avoid boredom at home. It may not involve much physical activity, but it will help your mind feel at ease and give you better focus when you go back to doing your work.
