NASA Awards Audit Services Contracts

NASA has awarded contracts to Booth Management Consulting LLC of Columbia, Maryland; Castro & Company LLC of Alexandria, Virginia; Deva & Associates PC of Rockville, Maryland; Hamilton Enterprises LLC of Greenbelt, Maryland; Reed & Associates, CPAs Inc. of Manassas, Virginia; Regis & Associates PC of Washington; and Tichenor & Associates LLP of Louisville, Kentucky; for agencywide contract audit services.

The Audit Services contracts are multiple award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts with firm fixed price task orders. Each contract has a one-year base period and five one-year options, with a combined maximum potential value of $55 million.

Contract audit activities include providing professional advice on accounting and financial matters to assist in the negotiation, award, administration, re-pricing, and settlement of contracts.

Customers under the Audit Services contracts include all NASA centers. The contracts will provide NASA with replacement audit support, previously performed by the Defense Contract Audit Agency.

The NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC), located at the agency’s Stennis Space Center in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, will administer the contracts. The NSSC performs select business activities for all NASA centers.
