A PSA from RollerCoaster Tycoon Touch Park Management – Larger Parks are Coming

We’re thrilled to share that in the coming days, your park guests will have more room to roam. That’s right — you asked and we listened. Our Tycoon planning commission officials indicate that a massive 20 acres have been added to all parks. This is our largest (and most exciting) expansion ever, and what better way to celebrate our five-year anniversary with our 32 million park managers?

The new space expands the park by four acres each on the East and West and adds a large section of 12 acres to the North. Yup, that’s a lot of vacant land; the expansion more than doubles the size of current RollerCoaster Tycoon Touch parks. Our park planning executives have yet to announce what rides, stores, and restaurants are slated for construction to fill the new areas, but we’re more than certain they’ll keep the excited crowds coming back for more. And with the recent expansion of themed seasons to 12-per-year, there will be plenty of new attractions to choose from.

Our Tycoon team has spent the better part of the past year working on this long-planned expansion, including investing in the land itself, expanding infrastructure, and ramping up all training for new park staff and entertainers (looking at you, Handyman #1).

Upon making the announcement, a RollerCoaster Tycoon Touch corporate spokesperson said, “Every park franchise across the iOS and Android regions have been incredibly successful, but one thing returning visitors often ask for is larger parks to explore.
