Swords of Legends Online 2.0: The Firestone Legacy Is Now Live, Bringing Tons of New Content Across All Regions and Shifts to F2P

Update 2.0: The Firestone Legacy, the first massive expansion to Swords of Legends Online, is finally available to everyone. Continuing the story with Chapters 11 and 12, The Firestone Legacy adds two new classes, five new zones, new PvP and PvE maps and raids, and so much more! It’s time for players to venture into previously unexplored corners of Shenzhou and continue writing their legends.

With the shift to the free-to-play model, more players can now begin their legendary adventure in Shenzhou, having access to all available content at no cost. All in-game purchases will be restricted to cosmetics, including Battle Passes; there will be no pay-to-win elements in Swords of Legends Online. Players who have previously purchased the game will be eligible to receive valuable in-game items and bonuses. Based on the legends that inspired the multi-award-winning television series, several movies, novels, and a series of games including the recent MMORPG Gu Jian Qi Tan Online—which first launched in China in July of 2019—Swords of Legends Online introduces a fully remastered edition of the popular AAA saga to a whole new audience in Europe and the Americas, presented in glorious, high-definition visuals designed to take advantage of modern hardware. Players will explore an eon-long clash between the forces of light and darkness. Only those chosen by the legendary sword buried deep within them may unlock the powers necessary to banish the fog of evil, death, and destruction that threaten to consume this tempestuous world. With nine playable classes available, players will unravel the rich saga as they explore the exquisite world of Shenzhou, find a home among the clouds, and embark on epic adventures, battling challenging foes and bringing peace to the land once more.

Swords of Legends Online: The Firestone Legacy is now available free-to-play in all regions for Windows PC via the official Gameforge clientSteam, and Epic Games Store with text language support in English, French, German, and English voiceovers.
