A&A Auto Stores 4-Wheel Jamboree Presented by Cooper Tires this Weekend in Bloomsburg
The wait is over as the 35th Annual A&A Auto Stores 4-Wheel Jamboree presented by Cooper Tires revs up this weekend at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds, Friday, July 8 through Sunday, July 10.
Monster Trucks are back this year and will compete in a freestyle competition on Friday night. On Saturday evening, the Monsters will take part in a Best Trick Contest as well as Freestyle, with the Mega Trucks as part of a Team Event. On Sunday, a pair of Team Events will take place with the Monster and Mega Trucks together in both a relay race and Freestyle. Sergeant Smash is back as well in 2022, with Monster Trucks rides available.
A star-studded field of 24 Mega Trucks will take to the track, with some of the biggest names in the sport in attendance. Mega Trucks will race, bracket-style on a specially-designed Hill & Hole course on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Autograph sessions in the Racer Village will take place on Friday and Saturday from 12-1 p.m., providing fans a chance to get an up-close look at the trucks that will be racing as well as meet their favorite drivers.
The tradition of Mud Bog racing will continue at the Bloomsburg Jamboree in 2022, as Classes 1-5 will be in action on a new bog set-up. On Friday, Classes 1 and 2 will compete. Class 3 will hit the track on Saturday. On Sunday, Classes 4 and 5 will be in action.
As has been tradition for many years, a Fireworks extravaganza will take place on Saturday evening, following the racing action.
Also part of the infield show will be the always popular Burnout Contest on Sunday afternoon.
New this year, the RC Family Fun Zone will take over the Arena at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds, featuring Radio-controlled rock crawling, monster trucks, drag racing and more. Free play and competition practice will be available Friday through Sunday. Live RC competitions will take place on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Numerous Pro-Judged Awards will be handed out in a variety of categories during the 4-Wheel Jamboree as part of the Show-N-Shine Contest.
The 4 Wheel Jamboree will present its 2nd Annual Club Cornhole Tournament this year. The event will take place Saturday at the main stage.
The A&A Truck and Off-Road Pavilion, located in the Education Building, will feature numerous manufacturers and vendors with factory-direct pricing and inventory on-site.
On the midway, the Performance Marketplace will showcase industry leading manufacturers and suppliers, with the latest parts and gear for the “Do-It-Yourself” enthusiast. Many exhibitors will be offering special “Show-only Pricing.”
The Dyno Challenge will provide registered 4-Wheel Jamboree participants an opportunity to see how much horsepower and torque their 4-wheel driver vehicle produces.
