Level Infinite’s Chimeraland is now available globally on iOS, Android, and PC, and if you have not heard of it yet, it is likely the most wonderfully strange MMO you will ever play. In the game, you will create your character with one of the most in-depth and advanced character customizers in the genre. Then, you will explore the world with one main goal: to create the most powerful chimera in all the land. The sky’s the limit in what you can create in Chimeraland’s sandbox RPG world, and with its spherical map and 1,000 square kilometers of untamed wilds to discover (plus the expanse of outer space if you have a flying mount), the world of Chimeraland truly is your oyster.
With so much to do in Chimeraland, it can be a little tricky deciding where to start and how to make the most of the experience. Read on to learn the basics of how to get started in Chimeraland so that you’re fully equipped and ready to begin hunting, taming, and combining beasts to make amazing (or cursed) chimeras!
- Befriend the Local Wildlife: Head off into the vast wilderness to tame mythical beasts and create a chimera of your very own! Want to take to the skies? No problem! Simply find a beast with wings and feed it to your existing mount to create a practical, but potentially unsightly abomination. Or, make the cutest creation known to man by fusing loads of adorable creatures together. It’s up to you!
- Create Your Own Home: Like any good sandbox game, the construction of your base is paramount to your success. Wander the map and find that perfect place to settle on any of the four continents in Chimeraland. Gather resources and create the home of your dreams! But don’t worry, you can relocate your house at any time if you’re suddenly struck with that feeling of wanderlust.
- Pick the Playstyle You Want: You aren’t locked to any specific kind of weapon Chimeraland, which means you can play how you like at any time! Want to take down enemies with massive axes and swords? You can do that! Or maybe you want to keep a fair distance from your prey and use a bow and arrow? Totally possible! With three different weapon types and a plethora of subcategories, you can swap out and change your play style to take on dangerous foes at a whim.
