Skyfire & DroneSense Partner to Help Agencies Smoothly Integrate Drone First Responder (DFR) Programs

Skyfire Consulting (Skyfire) (skyfireconsulting.com), the most trusted and experienced public safety UAS consulting group, today announced it has officially partnered with DroneSense— maker of leading drone management and collaboration platform. This strategic partnership will allow both Skyfire and DroneSense to provide public safety agencies a complete Drone First Responder (DFR) package and help them smoothly navigate through the phases of starting a program.

Building on their existing relationship with DroneSense, Skyfire will work with agencies and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to get faster regulatory approvals – including BVLOS – appropriate training for both DFR and tactical UAS response, program site selection and more.

“We are thrilled to build upon the already strong relationship with our partners at DroneSense to help pave the way for more DFR programs across the country,” said Matt Sloane, Skyfire founder and CEO. “DFR programs are already proving to be much more efficient for public safety UAS response than traditional programs, and this is just one more step towards faster and easier integration.”

“This partnership with Skyfire was formed from trust, dependability, and experience— all things public safety agencies are looking for,” said Mike Mocerino, DroneSense Director of Sales. “Leveraging their incredible team to help navigate FAA regulations, onboarding and program specific training, on any drone platform, will allow departments and agencies the peace of mind to focus on the communities they serve.”

Skyfire’s world class DFR integration services will be available as an add-on to existing DroneSense contracts or as a separate service directly purchased from Skyfire.
