Modiphius Entertainment is inviting tabletop gamers to experience six weeks of seasonal horror with the new Achtung! Cthulhu “Winter of Fear” event! During the event, Modiphius will be releasing new paid and free adventures, firing up Achtung! Cthulhu livestreams, and launching weekly competitions/giveaways!
What you can expect from the Winter of Fear:
Starting now, a new PDF, Halloween Horrors, is available. This collection of five new monsters for Achtung! Cthulhu comes with a challenge — come up with a 200-word adventure seed and share it with the Modiphius team to see if you’ll create the next new terror-riffic adventure for the game!
The Winter of Fear Sale runs until November 24 and gives 25% off most Achtung! Cthulhu 2d20 PDFs, as well as the indescribably awesome Black Sun Exarch Collector’s Edition which includes both the player’s and gamemaster’s guides in one magnificently mind-bending tome!
- October 31: Pre-order the Forest of Fear campaign book and get the PDF right away! Halloween AMA – join creative lead John Houlihan on Discord looking forward to the Forest of Fear, answering your questions, and reviewing your Halloween Horrors entries, and announcing the winners!
- November 3: Garblag Games begin Episode 1 their Live Play of the Forest of Fear live on their Twitch TV channel, and Modiphius will be hosting multiple giveaways across their social media channels!
- November 10, 17, and 24: More monstrous mayhem as the Garblag Games livestream continues, and Modiphius unleashes more giveaways.
- November 25: Join Modiphius creative lead John Houlihan on Discord to discuss the Forests of Fear campaign book.
- December 1 and 8: The Garblag Games livestream continues, and Modiphius offers up more hauntingly good giveaways.
- December 9: The last of the livestream episodes arrive, along with a free mystery PDF from Modiphius

In Achtung!
