| Prinker M – the all-in-one solution for temporary ink |
| 1. Temporary tattoo |
| Consumers can choose tattoo designs from the vast Prinker library (through Prinker App) of more than 12,000 designs, including artworks created by talented tattoo artists. The Prinker M also allows fully customizable and resizable tattoo designs by allowing users to create or upload their own designs on the Prinker app for inking onto their skin. The temporary tattoo printing process is quick, easy and safe: once consumers have chosen a design, the water-resistant temporary tattoo can be instantly printed by sliding the Prinker M across the skin. Prinker M uses Prinker’s proprietary cosmetic inks that are water-resistant but can easily be removed with soap and water, and are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program (VCRP), UK Submit Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (SCPN) and EU Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP). | 2. Hair Coloring Accessory |
| With just an additional accessory (to be used together with Prinker M), users now have the freedom to design and apply their desired color and/ or pattern (ombre, sombre, two-tone, you name it!) to their hair. Like its temporary tattoo counterpart, Prinker M’s hair accessory utilizes only water-resistant cosmetic ink which has been registered with the FDA VCRP, UK’s SCPN and CPNP, meaning it is completely safe to be used. |

| It is also water-resistant but can be washed off with shampoo, providing users with the full flexibility to change their hair color, anytime they want! The hair coloring accessory is expected to be launched in the second half of 2023. |
| 3. Eyebrow Makeup |

| A collaboration with L’Oréal, the Brow Magic works exactly like Prinker temporary tattoo devices. Using 2,400 tiny nozzles and printing technology with up to 1,200 drops per inch (dpi) printing resolution, the Brow Magic provides consumers with their most precise brow shape in seconds. Through the Brow Magic app, users can view and select various shapes, thicknesses, and effects (akin to microblading and microshading) using augmented reality. After selecting their desired eyebrow makeup, all they have to do is just swipe the printer across their eyebrow, their selected eyebrow look will be complete! Just like any other Prinker technology, the eyebrow look can also be easily removed with water and soap. Brow Magic has also been recognized as one of the 2023 CES Innovation Awards Honorees. The launch date is expected to be in 2023. |
