Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom adds new combat challenges, weapon and shooting gallery from today

Maze Theory is excited to unveil brand-new free content coming to action-adventure VR game,  Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom, on Meta Quest 2 from today.

Today’s new content – the latest in a previously detailed roadmap of free DLC set to be rolled out across the course of the next few months – adds more depth and replayability to the game, with a new shooting gallery, a new shotgun weapon and two new combat challenges for players to get to grips with.

You can watch a brand new video detailing May’s content update: https://youtu.be/VoPj0HJQjW0

Hone your shooting skills in the new shooting gallery by taking aim at targets as you move through Limehouse docks. Find the brand-new shotgun in free roam after completing the main game and defeat your enemies in a new replayable shotgun combat challenge, as well as a headshot challenge with the pistol, all against live moving NPC targets.

“We are super excited to see how Peaky players take to the next batch of free content,”  said Tim Jones, Game Director at Maze Theory. “We’ve made a huge effort to respond to player feedback and we look forward to continuing to improve the game and add to the experience in the months ahead.”

PICO users will be able to get their hands on the new content in the coming days.

Inspired by the BAFTA-winning drama, Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom is an original story written in collaboration with Peaky Blinders’ producer and brand owner Caryn Mandabach Productions, and with series creator and writer Steven Knight. The game is created in partnership with the distributor, Banijay.

Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom is available now on Meta Quest 2 and PICO 4 for £24.99/€29.99/$29.99. For more information and to sign up for updates, visit the websitehere. Follow the game on social media, or join the official Discord.
