Review: Skillmatics Grocery Set
We are back again with more items for your kid’s Christmas stocking or any holiday you celebrate! Skillmatics is the company with tons of award winning games and activities and once again I am bringing you one of their many amazing products. Today we are discussing the Skillmatics Grocery Set.
Design
Skillmatics has done it yet again with their Grocery Set. If you read one of my other reviews you will know that I love to provide my son with plenty of items to learn and grow with. My son has a whole set up for him to go shopping and spend the day doing anything he wants all at home. He has his own little Target shopping cart and loves to buy things from our shelves. We have it fully stocked with this wonderful grocery set.
The boxes look very realistic especially to the magical mind of a toddler. Each box is full of different food types that you can find at your local store. This has been wonderful for him to experience and pour out into his bowls, place into his cart, take to us to help him feed his baby. The food is very identifiable and helps kids learn and comprehend.
The food items are made of a nice sturdy paper board that is durable and offers a soft feeling for children’s hands. This makes it nice when he drops it or mixes things together. He has learned so much to do with counting, color identification, how to pour things out and repack things in. The amount of creativity these toys allow our children to express is worth 10 fold what we pay for the items. Plus its amazing to see them learn all the new skills from this.
Overview
These toys are so wonderful for learning minds. The colors and bold letters allow the child to learn new skills like reading, counting, colors and organization. They are soft and non-toxic so they’re perfect for kids growing and younger. My son uses these every day and they have held their own quite well even with him being in his mouth. The toys are not just fun but again so full of creativity and learning. Head over to HERE and check out Skillmatics complete product list plus the Grocery Set currently on sale for $14!
