Whether you choose a banquet hall, a restaurant, or a transformed office space is completely up to you. Just make sure it’s going to work for everyone on your team.
Add a theme
Themes aren’t just for kids’ birthday parties! They help bring fun and personality to your New Year’s celebrations. Think of a theme that will work well for your team and everyone involved. For example, if your office attire is smart, consider going for something wild like a Disney themed party. Or, maybe you’ll choose a black tie theme so everyone has a chance to dress up for New Year’s. All you need to do is make sure everyone gets the memo so that no one is left out.
Think of entertainment
The last thing you want is a dull party. This is where you need to think long and hard about entertainment. Finally, take the time to show your team how much you appreciate them. This could be in the form of a heartfelt speech, a video slideshow, or even an awards ceremony with gifts involved. This will add a personal touch and help motivate your team for the upcoming year.
