Children generally learn the best from being immersed into something. My son is obsessed with animals right now which is great with this product. We make a trip to the zoo probably once a week sometimes more. My son loves to see the animals and has learned their names, colors and the noises they make. When I found out about these puzzle pieces that had his favorite things on them it was a given to make sure he got a set.

This set is build with all 26 letters of the alphabet, each one containing two puzzle pieces, giving you a total of 52 pieces to play with. Each piece of quite large to allow for little fingers to be able to handle and stick together without a whole lot of trouble. The stability of each letter is also great for the little hands and accidental destructive tendencies. The letters are built with an extra thick cardboard to keep their shape and solid build.

The bright colors on each letter, coupled with the very distinctive animal or animals present on each attracts the child’s attention and helps build their skillset of identifying each topic. My son has gotten very good with going letter by letter, putting them together, and telling us what animal and what sound they make. Learning the letters has been going well too. He is able to identify a few now, which for a 2 year old I feel is going pretty well.

Each letter also coincides with the animal that is on there. A for Ants and Alligator, B for Bears, an so on. This is a great addition to try to teach the sounds of each letter and help build on talking skills and comprehension. The alphabet letters are amazing tools to build your child up so much and gives you a great game to play together as a family.

Overall I love these puzzles so much with my son. We both get to play together and I get to see him learn and grow. He enjoys the colors, the animals and the success when he clicks the pieces together. It is exceptionally rewarding for him when they go together. His excitement and joy while also learning and growing is worth more than any toy could ever be. But the big picture is, everything he is using is advancing him along and giving us an even smarter child. Head over to Skillmatics HERE and check this out plus all of their other products. Right now the alphabet letters are on sale for only $14.97.
