AV Access Unveils the Upgraded 4KIP200 HDMI over IP Solution for Sports Bars in Time for NBA Playoffs

AV Access, a leading provider of Pro AV and AV over IP solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of an upgraded HDMI over IP solution (4KIP200) in anticipation of the exciting NBA playoffs. With its plug-n-play and easy-to-use features, 4KIP200 can help sports bar owners and integrators effortlessly build a powerful video distribution system.

“Installation is a breeze for anyone, regardless of their previous IP knowledge. It’s designed to be intuitive for both bar owners and installers”Post this

No Configuration Required, Truly Plug-n-Play IP Solution

The 4KIP200 HDMI encoder/decoder exemplifies ease of use with its plug-n-play capabilities, supporting both unicast and multicast streaming, and is compatible with virtually any managed or unmanaged Ethernet switch on the market. “Installation is a breeze for anyone, regardless of their previous IP knowledge. It’s designed to be intuitive for both bar owners and installers,” stated Bill Liao, CTO at AV Access.

Specifically engineered for dynamic environments such as sports bars, the 4KIP200 HDMI over IP solution can enhance viewing experiences during popular events like the NBA playoffs. A single encoder and decoder pair can flawlessly transmit a 4K ultra HD HDMI signal up to 394ft/120m. For restaurants or bars requiring broader distribution, up to 254 encoders/decoders can be integrated to create a flexible and cost-effective IP matrix, surpassing the capabilities of traditional matrices.

Video Wall Support & Visual Control

The 4KIP200 AV over IP system offers a seamless and intuitive interface with the “VDirector” App, allowing sports bar managers and technical staff to manage visual content effortlessly from their smartphones, tablets, or Windows PCs. By connecting a wireless router, users can easily perform tasks such as matrix switching or configuring up to an 8×8 video wall with various layouts through simple drag-and-drop actions on their mobile devices.

Additionally, 4KIP200 utilizes H.265 video compression to deliver high-quality streams using less bandwidth, which is essential during crowded sports events like the NBA playoffs. It also features HDMI audio extraction, RS232 pass-through, and PoE capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency and flexibility in a fast-paced sports bar environment.

“Now, in anticipation of the upcoming NBA playoffs, the 4KIP200 and its previous 1080P version (HDIP100 HDMI encoders/decoders) are on sale, at an exclusive 20% discount for our partner clients. We recognize that a seamless, high-definition viewing experience can turn an ordinary game into an unforgettable event. That’s why we’ve tailored the 4KIP200 & HDIP100 series to meet the specific needs of sports bars,” concluded Bill.
