Tenn. – Capt. Leslie A. Mintz and Chief Petty Officer James R. Stotler, natives of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, both serve with the U.S. Navy at Carrier Airwing ONE (CVW 1) operating out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Mintz and Stotler also graduated from Penn Hills Senior High School. Mintz graduated in 1996 and Stoller in 1999.
