Elsword’s Cunning Huntress, New Metin2 Server, OGame Mobile, and Ikariam’s ‘Infinite Horizons’ in Latest Updates

Metin2(PC)

The Winter Server Returns

After the great success of the popular “Yohara Catch-Up” server, players can spend frosty days on the Metin2 winter server this year, which works on a similar principle. On the winter server, players can level up for the endgame at lightning speed and benefit from high-quality rewards such as enchanted equipment or exclusive items. The server prepares them perfectly for the adventures ahead.

Players will also have a new simplified way to transfer their progress to the regular Metin2 servers once they have successfully mastered the winter events. All optimizations and improvements on this year’s server have been developed in close cooperation with the community. 

In October, Gameforge released the “Balathor’s Revenge” update for Metin2. The update provides a lot of new content for the popular MMORPG, including the challenging raid “Balathor’s Crypt”, which leads guilds with champion level 4 and higher into a multi-phase battle against the legendary dragon Balathor. 

The winter server began on November 22 and will be available until February 10, 2025! 

NosTale (PC)

Winter Adventures and Festive Joy

The winter season in NosTale offers a colorful mix of exciting raids, daily quests and special holiday events. With the Snowman Raid, players can expect a classic adventure with special rewards such as the “Sleepy Head” title or the coveted partner cards. 

In the Maru Raid, adventurers will face the dangerous Millennial Tiger and his minions. The winter activities in NosTale are rounded off with daily login rewards in a Christmas calendar and the “HAPPY NEW YEAR” letter event, in which players collect letters. As soon as the words “Happy New Year” can be proclaimed, exciting rewards await!

The festivities began on December 10, 2024 and continue until January 22, 2025. 

Gameforge has also announced a big update for NosTale, revamping Act 4 – The Frozen Crown. The formerly popular PvP area has been rebalanced and expanded with exclusive titles and rewards. Furthermore, a powerful world boss and four new hero level raids await players. 

AION Classic EU (PC)

The Biggest Update of the Year

The year 2024 ends with a bang in AION Classic. The update “The Path of the Brawler”, which was released at the end of November, not only introduced the dynamic and powerful pugilist class, but also expanded the world with new areas, including Laphsaran, where brave heroes face dangerous enemies and compete against Lord Subterra in the brand-new world raid.

In addition to the increase in the maximum level to 60, new skills and stigmas, a series of holiday events will provide additional variety. From Advent calendars to community competitions, players can expect plenty of opportunities to end the year in style. The Christmas and New Year celebrations will extend beyond December 24 and end in January 2025

OGame (PC, Android, and iOS)

Sci-Fi Strategy Game Celebrates Anniversary, Gets New Mobile Content

This year was less Christmassy, but no less festive in the OGame universe. The popular strategy classic delighted its players this year with a spectacular update for its 22nd birthday. With “Avatars & Achievements”, the space game was expanded to include customizable profiles, an achievement system and global leaderboards. Players can now unlock avatars, titles and planet skins that not only reflect their achievements, but also offer new opportunities for customization and recognition across all servers. Seasonal achievements and a global ranking system add a whole new dynamic to the competition in OGame.

Players of the mobile version of OGame can now also enjoy the new update. “Avatars & Achievements” has been available for the Android and iOS versions since December 5. In addition, new servers with the first Avatar Seasons will be launched on December 20.

Cunning Huntress Wields Demon Magic

December brings exciting new features for Elsword: On December 18, Lithia’s fourth path will be released, where players will embark on a dark journey. The cunning treasure hunter Lithia now makes use of demon magic.

Gameforge is organizing many festive events so that players can still get into the Christmas spirit despite all the dark and demonic magic. Great daily rewards and valuable costumes await. The accompanying store rotations offer players another opportunity to further customize their characters. 

And hard to believe, but true: Elsword is celebrating its 14th anniversary this year and is still very popular!

The Snowflake Festival Returns!

The Snowflake Festival is back and brings a festive atmosphere to Taborea. Players can engage in snowball fights, complete daily tasks, and collect their rewards from the magnificent snowflake tree. Santa Claus’ traditional gift-giving provides daily surprise packages. 

In addition, the brave heroes of Taborea can complete special quests and benefit from buff events and increased drop rates. 

Ikariam (Browsers)

City-Building Browser Game Unlocks Limitless Possibilities

Ikariam is taking a big step into the future with the new “Infinite Horizons” update. This update removes the previous limits and allows players to expand their cities further through endless building improvements. The introduction of the Chronos Forge also opens up the possibility of drastically reducing construction times.

“Infinite Horizons” not only brings new features but also provides a dynamic and customizable game environment. These new features allow players to manage their empires much more efficiently.
