Healey Brothers Launches “Test Drive Tuesday” to Support the Regional Food Bank

Healey Brothers Automotive Group is hitting the road for a cause with the launch of Test Drive Tuesday, benefitting the Regional Food Bank Hudson Valley. Every Tuesday starting on March 1st, when customers take a test drive at any Healey Brothers location, Healey Brothers will donate to help fight hunger across the region. Participation is free and no purchase is required to take a test drive.

The weekly event offers a fun, interactive way for community members to experience Healey Brothers’ lineup of vehicles while giving back to neighbors in need. Every test drive directly supports the Regional Food Bank’s ongoing efforts to provide meals for local families, with Healey Brothers donating for every test drive.

“Test Drive Tuesday is about turning something as simple and exciting as a test drive into a more meaningful endeavor with far-reaching benefits,” said Jay Healey, Chief Marketing Officer at Healey Brothers. “Our community has always been the driving force behind our success and Healey Brothers has a proud record of community philanthropy. This initiative is another opportunity to give back together.”

To keep the community engaged, Healey Brothers will share weekly updates on donation totals and feature real customers participating in Test Drive Tuesday across its social media channels. Videos, photos and stories will highlight the excitement of the event and the impact Test Drive Tuesday is making throughout the Hudson Valley.

Test Drive Tuesday reinforces Healey Brothers’ ongoing commitment to community service and its partnership with the Regional Food Bank, an organization the company has proudly supported for years through its Driven to Give Foundation and seasonal food drives.

“Contributions from events likeTest Drive Tuesdayenables the Regional Food Bank to maximize its purchasing power, turning every dollar into multiple meals for families throughout the Hudson Valley,” said Maggie Sutter, Director of Development for the Regional Food Bank. “Support from Healey Brothers has strengthened the Food Bank’s capacity through the expansion of our distribution center in Orange County.”
