The new braking system resulted from intensive collaboration in England between Helderburg partner William Lines and two former Rolls-Royce engineers, fusing British luxury heritage with aerospace-grade material science.
The Helderburg High Performance Braking System was developed using the proprietary Helderburg Calibration Matrix, which unifies friction modeling, thermal load balancing, and hydraulic mapping. In real world testing, a fully equipped Helderburg Defender on 35 inch tires demonstrated up to a 26% reduction in stopping distance from 60 mph.
