March was a month of surprises for Gameforge fans, with a Wild West classic making a comeback, a popular in-game event for ultra-fast levelling also returning, and a brand-new toy-based FPS roguelite announced at the Future Games Show. Read on for all the details in the latest Gameforge Newsletter!

NosTale (PC)
NosFire Server and Easter Events
Gameforge is bringing back the fan-favourite NosFire event server for anime MMORPG, NosTale. From April 1, players can jump right into the action at level 80 for 10 weeks, until June 10, 2026, benefitting from significantly faster progress, with permanent bonuses such as double EXP, double drops, and quadruple family EXP, as well as additional booster weekends with even more rewards. After the event, players can then transfer their character to a regular server with a one-time transfer. Meanwhile, a colorful Easter program also awaits across all NosTale servers, featuring the Crazy Easter Bunny Raid, the Chicken Queen Raid, and special seasonal quests with exclusive rewards and limited-edition costumes.

WildGuns (PC)
Return of a Wild West Classic
On March 24, Gameforge welcomed players back to WildGuns after years of requests from the community. In this browser-based, Wild West strategy MMO, players choose between three rival factions and fight for supremacy through settlement development, resource management, and coordinated campaigns. All servers launch simultaneously as new worlds, guaranteeing fair competition for all players from the start. The game is free and playable directly in browsers, without any downloads.

Shelf Heroes (PC)
Prepare for Chaos in Toy Format
Gameforge and Lisbon-based indie studio Fun Punch Games proudly announced Shelf Heroes during the Future Games Show: Spring Showcase – a fast-paced, FPS roguelite where instead of collecting weapons, players build – and re-build – their character mid-battle from a host of deadly (and poseable) modular body parts. Arms, legs, torsos, and heads are randomly assembled, altering movement, abilities, and fighting style in sometimes absurdly funny ways. The toy-like setting combines challenging firefights in vast miniature arenas with high replay value, and can be experienced both solo and in 3-player co-op.

OGame (PC)
Season of Peace Available Now
With the aptly titled Season of Peace, OGame ushers in a new era dedicated to tranquility, strategy, and relaxed expansion. Exclusive achievements and unique rewards await players on each new season server. These include six avatars, four planet skins, six titles, and a total of 7,500 achievement points for the leaderboard. All earned rewards are available account-wide and can be used on any server where the player is active. Seasonal achievements are available for 12 weeks, after which time they will be locked and can no longer be earned. However, the server will continue to run past the end of the event. Additionally, new premium avatars will be available exclusively for the duration of the season.

AION Classic (PC)
Choose Your Allegiance: Faction Change Event Available for a Limited Time
AION Classic EU is celebrating a first! For the first time ever, faction changes are now possible. Elyos characters at level 60 and above can change their faction to the Asmodians, with one free ticket available per account. Beyond that, two more changes can also be purchased for 2,000 Quna each in the AION Classic EU Shop. Several conditions must be met to switch factions, including not being an active Legion member, having an empty mailbox, and not having any Stigmas equipped. Please note: Faction changes are permanent and cannot be reversed once completed. The event runs until April 8, so act fast!

Metin2 (PC)
Goodies Galore: Make Your Fortune with the Treasure Server Event
From April 2 to June 2, Metin2 will be running a new temporary Treasure Server. This two-month adventure features reduced monster HP and increased EXP and item drops. Players can expect a packed event program, with a permanently active OKEY event, weekly treasure hunt events, and special world bosses with ranked rewards. All earned rewards, including Okey chests, Cor Draconis (Ancient), and the “Strength of the Tiger” damage bonus will be deposited into the item depot, and can also be used on regular servers. Access is free, but requires an existing game account with a character at Champion Level 1, or completion of the “Biologist’s Research” questline at level 50. Please note: Characters on the Treasure server cannot be transferred and will be deleted with the server shutdown on June 2.
