For the first time ever the crew of Cerebral Overload was invited to attend a Comic Con experience. We spent 3 days walking around, exploring, speaking with cosplayers and celebrities. The original plan was to bring you exclusive interviews with celebrities, artists and more! However, due to communication issues with the agency responsible for organizing the interviews we were unable to schedule them. We did however have the chance to talk to a few of the celebrities while doing our session and will share our experiences with all of them below!
First we will start off with the incredible Cosplayers. There were thousands of individuals in attendance, so many amazing people who put so much effort into their costumes and their work. They should all be appreciated! Unfortunately we didn’t get pictures of everyone due to the sheer crowd but please know if you are reading this, we saw you and loved it!
Ant Man
Buzz Lightyear
Chewbacca
Deadpool Pikachu
The Loki Variants
Mr. Clean and Bio Hazard Lady
Star Wars Crew and R2D2
Thanos
As I said, the amount of individuals doing Cosplay at this event was incredible. We weren’t able to capture them all but we were happy to see them. Next we will discuss the celebrity encounters we had with images. Some of the celebrities were not able to be photographed due to their “handlers” rules or due to their contract with the almighty Disney Mouse.
Erin Moriarty (The Boys/Starlight)
Ice T (Law and Order)
James Jude Courtney (Halloween/Michael Meyers)
Jim Cummings (Winnie The Pooh)
Joey Fatone (Nsync, Impractical Jokers)
John Barrowman (Doctor Who, Torchwood, Arrow)
Patrick Renna (The Sandlot)
Tom Welling (Smallville, Lucifer)
There was a large list of celebrities that we got to see and speak with a little bit, but due to contract issues and handlers we were unable to get pictures of. The would include Giancarlo Esposito, Elijah Wood, Gaten Matarazzo, Antony Starr. It is surprisingly difficult to get permission to photograph certain people.
Nonetheless, it was an amazing experience that we will remember forever. Looking forward to the next adventure! Please comment below and let us know other places you would like to see us go and we will hopefully have even more to report on at the next place!
