Innovatech to showcase AI digital concierge KELLY at CES 2026

Innovatech, an Italian company specializing in applied artificial intelligence, said it will participate in CES 2026, the global technology trade show taking place in Las Vegas from Jan. 6 to Jan. 9.

Innovatech will exhibit in the Italian Pavilion, Hall 61001, Booth B10, where it will present KELLY, an AI-powered digital concierge designed for use in tourism, retail and healthcare environments.

The company said KELLY integrates artificial intelligence, computer vision, natural language interaction and real-time analytics to assist visitors, customers and patients in complex, high-traffic physical spaces.

Three sector-focused applications

Innovatech said it will demonstrate three sector-specific versions of KELLY at CES.

In tourism and smart destination settings, the system is designed to provide multilingual visitor assistance, wayfinding and real-time flow management in locations such as airports, museums, cultural sites and urban attractions.

In retail and shopping center environments, KELLY functions as a front-facing digital assistant, supporting customer navigation, service discovery and engagement, while also providing operators with anonymized insights into crowd dynamics and space usage.

For healthcare, Innovatech said KELLY is designed to support hospital and medical center front-office operations, including patient orientation, appointment guidance and internal navigation, with the goal of reducing administrative workload and improving accessibility.

Company statement

“Artificial intelligence must be deployed where complexity is real, visible and human,” said Giuseppe Giorgianni, founder and chief executive officer of Innovatech. “Too often, AI remains confined to experimental projects or abstract discussions. With KELLY, we chose a different path: bringing intelligence directly to the places where people move, wait, get lost, feel stressed, or need support.”

Giorgianni said KELLY was developed according to his Effective Innovation approach, a methodology focused on transforming technology into practical value. “Effective Innovation means designing solutions that work in real environments, under real pressure, and for real people. KELLY was built to simplify complexity, enhance clarity, and reinforce human interaction—not replace it.”

He added that Innovatech’s strategy is centered on applied, operational AI, engineered to be scalable, measurable and ethically grounded. “Our goal is not to showcase technology for its own sake,” Giorgianni said. “It is to create AI systems that improve everyday experiences in tourism, retail and healthcare, while respecting human roles and responsibilities.”

Italian creativity and Made in Italy quality on the global AI stage

Innovatech said its participation in CES 2026 highlights the growing international recognition of Italian artificial intelligence solutions, combining technological excellence with the creativity, design culture and quality traditionally associated with Made in Italy.

The company said its approach to AI development is rooted in pragmatic engineering, attention to user experience and real-world applicability, reflecting a distinctly European vision of innovation.

Innovatech added it will use CES 2026 to engage with international partners across technology, healthcare, tourism and retail, and to explore commercial and institutional collaborations aimed at bringing Italian-developed AI solutions to global markets.
